Retreat Policies (1:1 VIP Experience):
• Due to the personalized and custom-planned nature of VIP Retreats, all deposits and payments are non-refundable, though rescheduling may be accommodated in the event of an emergency.
• VIP Retreats may be conducted as virtual immersions or in-person at a mutually agreed-upon location; the investment varies accordingly.
• For in-person experiences, travel, lodging, meals, and location-specific expenses are the participant’s responsibility unless explicitly stated as included.
• If the participant wishes the Mentor to travel to their chosen location, additional travel-related fees will apply and will be outlined prior to confirmation.
• The Company is not liable for travel delays, illness, injury, or any unforeseen disruptions before, during, or after the retreat experience.
• Retreat experiences, scheduling, or session flow may adjust based on weather, venue requirements, safety considerations, or energetic alignment; your flexibility is appreciated.
• Photography and videography may be present for transformational documentation. If you prefer not to appear in media, you may notify us in writing prior to the retreat.
• A separate VIP Retreat Agreement may be provided after registration to ensure clarity, safety, and logistical organization for your individualized retreat experience.
